AB In the article the author deals with experience with realisation of interventional/training program. The program is focused on extension of perception of  one's own value and on improvement of self-image of future teachers. It indicates the effectivity of interventionist/training programmes in the preparation of future teachers as well as the effectiveness of experiential forms of education. The program's effectiveness is verified by Kirkpatrick's model of evaluation.
