AB The article informs about results of the research, which examined the level of burnout syndrome in teachers in relation to selected determinants: feeling of actual resistance and contentment, streaks of behaviours of personality of type A and perception of rate of loading in working environment. The results are analysed with regard to gender, length of the praxis and working position of teachers.
