Readers will be presented with methods and the outcome of the author's field research that aimed at assessment of quality of timbre and phonemic hearing and auditory attention of pre-school children with speech disorders and a different mother tongue.The research is a part of the project Music as a significant mean of speech and language cultivation in preschool children that was financed by the grant GAUK (no. 934213).
