The special attention is focused on orientation process at school. The construct of questioning was prepared using literature review in the field school management. The research tool evaluates how school leaders and mentors of students support young teachers during the orientation process at school. Key attention is paid to the overall satisfaction of students with the practice and the loyalty index using the Net Promoter Score. Research data were obtained by a questionnaire survey among final year students from the Faculty of Education, University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in the Czech Republic in 2018 and 2020. The one month practice of students of the Faculty of Education at the school is a key form of their preparation for their professional development. This research study offers new insight into students practice in schools using customer point of view in the evaluation process and uses metrics focused on overall satisfaction and loyalty. The findings will help school leaders to improve orientation process in the school, and implement the latest emerging trends of human resource management in this area in context of shapping school culture.
